Getting Started
How do I create a trip itinerary?
Sign in with your Google account, then tap the + button or "Plan a Trip." Enter your destination, how many days you're travelling, your budget, and your travel style. Pathora's AI will generate a full day-by-day itinerary in seconds.
How long does itinerary generation take?
Usually under 10–15 seconds. If it takes longer, check your internet connection and try again.
Do I need an account to use Pathora?
Yes. An account lets us save your trips and preferences securely so you can access them from any device.
Is Pathora free to use?
Pathora is currently free. We'll notify users in advance if we introduce any paid features.
Account & Profile
How do I sign in?
Tap "Sign in with Google" on the sign-in screen. We use Google's secure OAuth system — no separate password needed.
How do I update my profile?
Go to Profile in the app. You can update your display name and travel preferences from there. Your profile photo is pulled from your Google account.
How do I change my travel preferences?
Open Profile → Travel Preferences, select the styles that interest you (Food, Culture, Adventure, etc.), and tap Save Preferences. These will be suggested automatically when you plan a new trip.
How do I sign out?
Go to Profile → Account → Sign Out. Your saved trips remain in your account.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all trip data and cannot be undone. Alternatively, email hello@pathora.ai and we'll handle it within 3 business days.
Trips & Itineraries
Where are my saved trips?
Tap Home on the bottom navigation. All your saved itineraries are listed on your dashboard.
Can I edit a generated itinerary?
Currently itineraries are generated as a complete plan. You can generate a new one with different inputs if you'd like a different result. Editing individual activities is on our roadmap.
Can I share my itinerary?
Trip sharing is coming soon. For now, you can take a screenshot or copy the itinerary details manually.
How many trips can I save?
There's no limit on saved trips during the current free period.
Technical Issues
The app won't load or is stuck on the loading screen.
Check your internet connection, close and reopen the app, and try again. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall the app — your trips are saved to your account and won't be lost.
I can't sign in with Google.
Make sure you have a stable internet connection. If you see an error, try signing out of your Google account on your device and signing back in. Email hello@pathora.ai if the problem continues.
My itinerary generation failed.
This is usually a temporary network issue. Pull down to refresh and try generating again. If it keeps failing, email us with your destination details and we'll help.
I found a bug or something isn't working right.
Please email hello@pathora.ai with a description of the issue and what device/OS you're using. Screenshots are helpful too. We aim to fix bugs quickly.
